As draft plans are completed, they will be posted below for public review and comment. Take a look and let us know what you think!

Comments to Cedar Falls: The City of Cedar Falls will receive written comments until 5:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2024. Comments regarding the draft plans may be mailed or physically delivered to the Community Development Department; Attn: Melissa Denning, Community Services Supervisor; 220 Clay Street, Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613.  Any comments received will be considered by the Cedar Falls City Council prior to adoption of the plans and included with the plan documents when submitted to HUD. 

Comments to Waterloo: The City of Waterloo will receive written comments until 5:00 p.m. local time on July 17, 2024. Comments regarding the draft plans may be mailed or physically delivered to Waterloo’s Community Development Office; Attn: Rudy Jones, Community Development Director; 620 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa 50703. Any comments received will be considered by the Waterloo City Council prior to adoption of the plans and included with the plan documents when submitted to HUD.
